Partnering with FinGo

With client security and carer protection top of mind, we love to work with organisations who share our goals. So we’re immensely proud to partner with a long list of forward-thinking organisations on a ground-breaking pilot using biometric finger recognition technology as a method of payment at participating retail outlets such as Co-op, CostCutter and Tesco. Fingo, Hitachi, Brunel University, Manchester City Council and health professionals and charities, such as RNIB, are each playing an invaluable role in this exciting venture, with its vast potential in:

– Identity Schemes
– Transport Ticketing
– Membership Schemes

– Payments & Loyalty
– Access & Security
– Age Verification

In addition, joining forces with Contis, Europe’s leading banking-as-a-service provider, has enabled us to further expand our Money Carer account and associated Carer Card. Using technology to solve real problems, like getting cash to new carers without the need to apply for a new card, is how we make a tangible difference.

CashByText

Our new CashByText service enables family members, care providers and organisations to send money to carers without the need for them to use a bank card. This important service provides another much-needed solution to the challenge of providing regular spending money to carers quickly, enabling them to shop and buy services for the vulnerable people they support.

CashByText is delivered in conjunction with our partners at Pin4Cash, an international fintech organisation that has pioneered the software behind the solution. In the UK today over 17,000 ATM machines participate in the service with thousands more coming on stream in the coming months.
