 How does Monika function?  

Utilised by thousands of clients and their support networks, our specialised banking and payments platform, Monika, is accessible both online and in-app. With an effective but simplified application process, we can open a range of accounts, suited to diverse client needs:

  • Appointee Bank Accounts
  • Court of Protection Deputy Bank Accounts
  • Vulnerable Adults Personal Accounts
  • Personal Injury Trust Accounts

Upon completing a referral, you will receive login details that will enable you to access Monika, our dedicated banking platform. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see a number of sections relevant to the individual you are acting on behalf of.

These sections are relative to the features available through Monika, such as the ability to view and download account statements, and set balance limits. Here, you can also access any documents saved under the account and make emergency money requests.
