Social Care Circle – Supporting Social Workers

Any social workers registered with Social Work England automatically have a trusted status with Money Carer. After creating their secure Money Carer account, trusted parties can access client information. This may include benefit letters, bank statements or other relevant financial records. By providing access to this, we can efficiently assist those supporting our mutual clients, enabling a higher level of service provision.

Additionally, social workers with a Money Carer account can make money requests, send and receive secure messages, and see all mutual clients in a single list. This can be done via our secure portal or smartphone app. Our service is designed to assist social workers in supporting their clients, by providing convenient 24/7 access to shared information.
