For all client correspondence from care providers and client support teams, a secure Money Carer account must be opened in the first instance by visiting our portal https://portal.moneycarer.org.uk/initial-referral and following the ‘Create Account’ instructions.
We will then be able to deal with enquiries and provide information, securely, efficiently and adhere to GDPR compliance requirements.
