Integrated Banking & Case Management
Money Carer developed and built its own proprietary banking and comprehensive case management system named. The comprehensive system, named ‘Monika’, integrates case management, secure email, telephony, document scanning, banking and payments into one place. As Monika provides such a comprehensive money management facility, it is used by many law firms and local authorities to support their own vulnerable clients.
Monika is Azure based and has been developed and maintained by the organisation’s three, specialist banking software engineers and is the engine that powers all aspects of our client support function.
