A Modern & Independent Appointeeship Plan

Daily money management for vulnerable people living in their own home or in supported living accommodation.

Our comprehensive appointeeship plan is our most popular appointee service. It provides a wide range of money management support for vulnerable people living in their own homes or in supported living accommodation. This in-depth, modern, and multifaceted money management plan surpasses other organisations. Importantly, it is delivered at a considerably lower cost due to a combination of our experience and our substantial investment in Monika, our proprietary banking and money management platform, which keeps our administration costs lower.

Our investment in technology and innovation is just one of the reasons why we have been selected as a finalist in the forthcoming 2025 Card and Payments Awards for both the Financial Inclusion Award and the Best Future Payments Initiative. We were also selected to represent Best Practice and Innovation in the Financial Services category of the 2018 Parliamentary Review.

In many cases, our service fee is often deducted from the amount our clients pay as an assessed care contribution to local authorities as our support is accepted as a legitimate disability-related expenditure (DRE) making our service free of charge in practice when applied.

** Please note, some organisations are charging clients more than £250 per year to manage motorbility scheme responsibilities. We do not agree with this practice as we see the management of a person’s motorbility scheme to be a standard element of a DWP-approved appointee and should not attract additional fees as a motorbility car is funded from the mobility element of an individual’s disability benefit.
