Social workers registered with Social Work England, automatically have a trusted status with Money Carer and, after creating their secure Money Carer account, are able to access client information such as welfare benefit letters and other documents to assist them in their role in supporting our client.
Additionally, social workers with a Money Carer account are able to make money requests and send and receive secure messages via our online portal or the Money Carer smartphone app and will be able to see all mutual clients and their shared information in a single list. This service is designed to assist social workers in supporting clients and providing access to shared information conveniently and 24 hours per day.
